How is your site ranking? By this, a person will mean how
high it is in search using your favorite search engine. Is it one of the top
five sites that comes up or does it come back on page 4 or 5 of search, never
to see the light of day?
Some of us know what site we are looking for and we type in
a search. It shows, we click and move. But then there are times when we do not
know what we want and we begin to write only words and hope that whatever we
want is manifested. If your site is good, then it will contain all the words
that will type in a person search and if the site is considered full of
reliable and useful information, then it will rank better and higher on the
search. The person will click on it and they will go away.

keywords on your site which are tailored to a search. Not only do you use real
words, but words that use logical and natural to accompany them, make extensive
use of a search. For example, cats are your main focus, but paws, purring and
meow can also be used because these are all things that are naturally related
to cats. Yes, this is a very basic example, but if you are making a site about
Abraham Lincoln, then you would like to use words, John Wilco's booth,
President, Mary Lincoln, people, and so on. Must be searching. Because they all
are logically connected to him. The more keywords you use, the better you will
be matched with the searches.
Nobody actually goes to page two of a search and if they do,
they will not get anything of any value there. Ideally, you want your site to
be close to the first page and top of a search because people usually go with
the number one or two in the search. We all do. Having a welcome page, which is
easy to navigate and the information in a logical and helpful way, all the
things that allow your site to rank well. If you have, you are golden. You will
get traffic and you will be visible.
